Week 5 post 3
The later half of this week was much more interesting because it got into egalitarianism which i find particularly intriguing. I also read a really cool study from the greater good science center about egalitarian minds and I thought it was really insightful and It made me feel hopeful that we can create a better world
My questions are how do we change society to really implement equality and equity when those who have money are the ones who are born into power? How can we get money out of politics?
There is one little i issue here.
ReplyDeleteWhich is more important to address - equality or equity? Which one do you think would be easier for society to address?
I think equity would be easier to address, as well as smarter because in the long term equity brings about equality. Equality sometimes feels like a bunch of claims without any action if you know what I mean.
