Week 11 post 3
This week was particularly self reflective because it allowed me to look into my own implicit biases and ways that I can combat them. I also enjoyed seeing how we can tie empathy into unlearning, and relearning. As I dive into my independent research I am loving the wide variety of things we can learn from political philosophy.
My questions are: How can we change media to challenge implicit bias? Why are people so reluctant to change? Why is the united states falling backwards in time when it feels like everyone else is moving forward?

ReplyDeleteI have they are really interesting. I found that I had more classist implicit bias than I realized.
