Week 14 post 3

     This week felt nostalgic because it related back to the science of happiness I took at the beginning of my junior year. I really love learning more and more about mindfulness. This was a really good week to end on. I think I am going to take a more mindful approach to my presentation since that is what I am most passionate about.

    My questions are: what statistics back the importance of metacognition? What are the exact approval rates of policies that were developed with mindfulness as a prerequisite? Can I use my own experience with mindfulness to deepen my argument?
